Customizing your Forms

The CoursEval system allows you to customize your survey, if you wish.  After you choose a form and receive your confirmation email, you may customize in the following ways:

1.  Log into the site: https://courseval.wooster.edu/etw/ets/et.asp? nxappid=WCQ&nxmid=start (use your Wooster username and password).  Once you receive your confirmation email that your survey has been added for your course, you will see a question mark in upper right hand corner of the screen (see below).  When you click on the question mark, you will see the available surveys. You should see places to set custom times, and to add questions:

If you select a different opening time, you will need to let your students know when the survey is available.  Send them an email with this link (which is the same link faculty use to login with Wooster username and password):  https://courseval.wooster.edu/etw/ets/et.asp?nxappid=WCQ&nxmid=start
