The mission of the Collaborate Research Environment (CoRE) is to enhance the educational experience of students at the College of Wooster by providing physical space and intentional programming aimed at helping students and faculty engage in creative and collaborative mentored research.
By leveraging the resources of the Libraries, Instructional Technology, and the Writing Center, CoRE providesthe inspiration and skill development necessary to help the College of Wooster community remain at the forefront of mentored undergraduate research. CoRE offers the campus a location to showcase student research, develop the foundational research skills necessary for completing an independent study, and cultivate the means and skills for students to present their work beyond campus.
